Carli lis passionate about developing and delivering custom leadership development programs that help leaders and their teams reach their goals. Drawing on her background in M&A consulting, where she supported transactions across industries and gained firsthand insight into the challenges organizations face during times of major change, she enjoys designing programs focused on leadership and change management. She is also pursuing her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to further enhance her ability to help clients identify, work toward, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

A graduate of Duke University, where she was a four-year member of the rowing team, Carli also holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

She resides in Washington, D.C. with her dog, Henry.
